My name is Arianna and I was born the winter of Barcelona’s 1992 olympics.
I started to play piano at the age of 7 at the multidisciplinary arts school “Oriol Martorell” in Barcelona.
In 2014 I finished my studies in Piano Performance of Classical and Contemporary Music at the Conservatorio Superior del Liceo under supervision of Professor Daniel Ligorio.
After that, I discovered the world of musical theatre and I worked as a pianist in several professional productions in Barcelona, Madrid and Rio de Janeiro.
I have more than 10 years of teaching experience in different conservatoires and music schools and I am so much proud to say that I have been teaching to hundreds of students!
Teaching music and piano it’s been always very easy and funny to me. I adore to connect with the student and being the direct witness of its process.
When I teach I try to make me students feel so motivated as I was when I was a student. I do my best to connect with the feelings I had back then to try to understand the process the student is going through and help him/her the best as I can.
I’m not going to play for the student: I’m just going to be by his/her side and do all I can to share all my knowledge and experience after more than 20 years playing and learning piano.
I don’t teach the same lesson two times because to me every student is unique.
It’s important that we first define the basis of the piano technique and body posture (in all levels) and at the same time we can develop further skills such as ear training, modern or classical music reading, piano accompaniment to sing…
Having a good communication is crucial to create the best environment possible for the student’s future music experience.
I like to spend time hearing about the student relationship with music, about his/her musical taste and about his lifestyle in order to understand his/her needs and design the best repertoire possible.
